Here’s What You Get Inside the Strength Starter Series:

Phase 1 (Weeks 1-4): All bodyweight beginner exercises to help you ease in and build a foundation—no experience necessary.
Phase 2 (Weeks 5-8): Bodyweight exercises + resistance bands, giving you that next level of challenge as you grow stronger.
Phase 3 (Weeks 9-14): Bodyweight, resistance bands + dumbbells for ultimate strength and stability, setting you up for long-term success.

Workouts are designed to fit into your busy schedule—each session is 30 minutes or less so you can easily commit without overwhelm.

Unlike other beginner programs that give you modifications as the "easier" option, the strength starter series STARTS with modifications and gives you the progressed version of the exercise as your alternate.
Every move comes with clear video demonstrations, so you’ll always feel confident and safe, even if you’re new to fitness.
